| Description | SPANS Observer is royalty-free software designed to display and query existing SPANS data. Displays existing map compositions containing any SPANS-format entities; such as, points, lines, areas, quadtrees, and/or rasters. Annotate maps with legends, titles, scale bars and north arrows. Performs spatial, non-spatial and "nested" queries. Saves slides in PCX, BMP, TIF and JPG formats for insertion into documents or presentations. |
