Description	CIRCLY analyses a layered system subject to prescribed surface loading. It calculates the cumulative damage induced by the whole traffic spectrum comprising any combination of vehicle types and load configurations. An integral component of the Pavement Design Guide issued by AUSTROADS. Capabilities include: multi-layered medium which can consist of a combination of isotropic and anisotropic layers; multiple circular loads allowing multi wheel and multi axle loadings to be modelled; comprehensive range of load types (vertical force, horizontal force, moment about vertical axis, moment about horizontal axis, self-cancelling shear stress, polynomial type contact stress distributions); simple input data requirements (no mesh preparation); geometry and magnitudes of loads; thickness and elastic properties of layers; coordinates of points at which results are required. No limit on the number of vehicle types or loading conditions; analysis explicitly uses specified spectrum; erroneous short-cuts such as "equivalent" axles are not necessary; special loadings such as braking included. Input data can be prepared using CIRCLYprep pre-processor; range of output options (stresses, strains, displacements, principal stresses and strains). Pavement and loading databases eliminate need to constantly re-key information.
