Description	TGUESS is a simple program for estimating transmissivity from specific capacity data. It calculates aquifer transmissivity using the Jacob equation and uses a correction for partial penetration as given by Sternburg (1973). It also has a correction for well loss and an option to use metric or U.S. customary units. The program can handle up to 50 wells. Menu driven and facilitates interactive data input and editing, or data can be entered from an external disk file prepared during an earlier session. Results can be displayed on the screen or sent to an external file.
