Description | Assessment of Damageabillity for Existing Builidngs in a Natural Hazards Environment. DAMAGE is a tool for local building and safety officials to independently assess the damageability, or the potential safety, of individual buildings exposed to earthquake, severe wind, and tornado forces. Three structural modeling options are provided: Detailed Frame model, Story Stiffness model; and an Empirical model. These options allow the user to select the level of detail necessary for his problem. |
