| Description | Hydrological Evaluation of Landfill Performance (HELP) guides the user through the design of open, partially closed or closed landfills. The quasi 2D model computes water movement across, into, through and out of landfills using climatological, soil and landfill design data and aids the determination of runoff, drainage and leachate. Takes account of surface storage, runoff, infiltration, percolation, evapotranspiration and lateral drainage. Includes a database of North American landfills. Developed by US Corp of Engineers for US EPA. Network version available. |
