| Description | TWODAN models 2D groundwater flow by the analytical element method which does not use a fixed grid. Models unconfined and confined aquifers, stratified aquifers, heterogeneities, thin barriers (e.g. slurry walls). Local and global infiltration or leakage. Uniform regional flow. Wells and sinks. Resistant and impermeable elements. Includes pathline tracing and model calibration. Interface presents all data in spreadsheet-like grids for quick editing. Output plots to Windows printers, bitmap BMP files, the clipboard, Surfer GRD files, and DXF files. Suitable for simulating remediation designs, capture zones, and regional flow. |
