Description CADS Re-Slope is a general slope stability software package supplied as a complete suite or as a series of modules. The geometrical slope data, including water surface points, is specified by spreadsheet or by drawing on the screen with the mouse. The design can be optimized by reviewing the results on screen and interactively refining the data. The Slip Circle Analysis module features: Conventional FOS or Limit State Analysis (Partial factors); Graphical input (CAD style snaps, zooms etc.); Applied loads at specific depth or ground surface; Water pressures by defined water table or Ru values; Soil suction (negative pore pressure); Tension cracks of defined depth; Circles can have grid of circle centres; Automatic search for critical circle (extends grid); Circles defined by Point, Tangent or Radius; Comprehensive context sensitive help system. The Full Slope Stability module features: Circular and user defined slip surfaces; Swedish method of slices; Bishops method (No interslice shear, moment equilibrium); Janbu method (No interslice shear, horizontal equilibrium); Rigorous method (interslice shear, full equilibrium); User defined interslice force profile; Piezometric grid (full user control of pore water pressure); Seismic analysis (horizontal and vertical acceleration). The Reinforced Slopes module features: Tie back wedge analysis; Two part wedge analysis; Slip circles and defined surfaces can include reinforcement; Design to BS8006; Design to HA68/94 (user defined reinforcement spacing); Compound stability checks (surfaces through formation); Reinforcement can be defined in blocks of equal spacing.
