FEPG is a finite element program generator. From the input mathematical expressions it automatically generates FORTRAN source code. The Pre-processor Program Generator can generate FE grids for various sorts of complex connected domains and connect data coming from any subdomains automatically. The system provides macro commands to open and divide grids. The Element Subroutine Generator can create code for calculating stiffness matrix, mass matrix, damping matrix and load vectors of elements. There is a formula library. The Algorithm Program Generator is based on the matrix expression of algebra equations. The terms may be linearized and time discretized. Tools are provided for solving time dependent, non-linear and coupling problems. There are various programs for solving linear algebraic equations, including (symmetric and non-symmetric) variable bandwidth solvers, super-relaxation iteration solvers, preconditioned sub-conjugate gradient solvers, and uncompleted LU decomposition solvers. It includes three-dimensional graphics. EMS memory dynamic allocation routines are included. An internet version of the program is available. |
