Description PlotCPT carries out the presentation, plotting and interpretation of CPTs. Soundings and dissipation tests can be printed as well as calculation and presentation of engineering data. The sounding data and basic derivative parameters determined are: Cone resistance (qc), corrected (qt), Effective (qe), Net (qn) and Normalised, qc1, (Robertson and Campanella, 1985) and qc, norm (Wroth 1984, 1998), Local friction (fs) and corrected (ft), Friction ratio (Rf), corrected and Normalised (Fr), Friction index, Inclination, Pore pressure (u), In-situ (u0) and excess pore pressure (Delta u), Dynamic (DPPR) and Normalised pore pressure ratio (Bq), Normalised and In-situ. The engineering data which can be interpreted are: Relative density, Dr (Balci 1986), Undrained shear strength, su (=(qt-sigmavo)/Nk), Overconsolidation ratio, OCR (Sully et al., 1988; Mayne, 1991 or Powell, 1988), Lateral Earth Pressure at rest, Ko (Kulhawy and Mayne, 1990), Constrained Modulus, M (Janbu, 1963). Soil behavior type index (Robertson, 1990), Correlation with SPT data (N60-value). It is available in Dutch and English, with printouts in addition in German, French, Spanish, Italian, Catalan and Polish.
