Description | GSLIB is a Geostatistical Software Library written in Fortran by Clayton V. Deutsch and Andre G. Journel. The programs include 2D and 3D variogram modelling, all types of kriging, 2D and 3D simulation, and a collection of utility programs, including cell declustering and descriptive statistics. Easy exchanges of data with geo-EAS. Input files are all geo-EAS type ASCII files. Outputs of grids are in row major order and are readily transferable into ARC/INFO. The associated book Geostatistical Software Library and User's Guide by Deutsch & Journel, Oxford University Press 1992, includes disks containing Fortran source code for all of the programs with compiling instructions for PC and Unix. |
